- Company to host webinar on December 13th outlining different patient profiles and payment preferences
Phoenix, Ariz. – November 15, 2017 BillingTree®, the leading payment technology provider, today announced the opening of its second annual Healthcare Operations and Technology Survey. The survey will examine current healthcare industry trends, opportunities and pain points to provide decision-makers with a comprehensive overview on payment technology usage in their sector. This is the second annual Healthcare Survey sponsored by BillingTree. Last year’s results showed industry professionals cited payment collection as the primary challenge in healthcare revenue cycle management, followed by patients’ inability to pay and concerns about regulatory compliance. The difficulties were shown to correlate with a low adoption of web-based and automated payment collection technologies. All participants receive a complimentary copy of this year’s results once available.
The BillingTree Healthcare Provider Survey is the culmination of this year’s influential ‘Operations and Technology Survey Series’ covering many key vertical markets, including Accounts Receivables Management, Property Management and Financial Services.
On December 13th at 1:00 pm ET, BillingTree will host a complimentary webinar “Patient Receivables – Who Are The People In Your Care?” profiling many of the more common characters healthcare providers encounter when collecting on patient responsibility. The event will offer useful tips on how services and technology can assist in managing each profile and increase the likelihood of collecting payment in a timely and compliant manner.
