United Teletech, a not-for-profit financial cooperative that originally chartered to serve the needs of Bell Labs employees, now serves Monmouth, Ocean counties, and portions of central Middlesex County, NJ. With a strong dedication to their members, they wanted a way to provide convenient contactless forms of payment to their members.

BillingTree has relationships with over 135 Credit Unions and partnerships with CU service providers who recommend them as their preferred payments provider. In addition, they have been anticipating market needs and developing payment products and features to help credit unions succeed. While it has been almost impossible to predict the disruption COVID-19 caused—particularly in the financial services sector, and beyond—BillingTree has been diligently working on contactless payment channels to keep members safe.
